Situado junto a la piscina del hotel -SO-POOL-, con vistas al mar y una impresionante parrilla abierta de carbón de cinco metros de longitud, el restaurante HI-SO ofrece la posibilidad de degustar desde unos exquisitos espetos, a todo tipo de paellas, ensaladas y, por supuesto, carnes y pescados a la brasa. Platos tradicionales de la cocina mediterránea preparados con productos locales y a los que acompañar con un delicioso cóctel, una limonada recién exprimida, un buen vino o la mejor cerveza nacional e internacional. Todo esto en un espacio distendido al aire libre, perfecto para compartir con familiares y amigos.

Durante esta nueva temporada, se ofrecerán a la venta pases diarios de acceso a la piscina para que también los clientes locales puedan venir a disfrutar de este espacio. Entre otras, habrá opciones de pase diario a la piscina con uso de hamaca, pase diario con acceso a cama balinesa, cava y fruta o pase con hamaca y desayuno.

Por otra parte, las posibilidades de disfrutar de HI-SO no acaban con la puesta de sol. Ya por la noche, el restaurante baja las luces y sube el glamour, invitando a sus clientes a vibrantes fiestas en la piscina donde encontrarse y socializar dejándose llevar por la buena música.
