El precio del alquiler en Andalucía sube un 5,09% frente al año pasado
La vivienda de alquiler en Andalucía, a finales del pasado ejercicio, crece respecto al mes anterior en más de medio punto porcentual.
El piso tipo de alquiler en Andalucía registró en diciembre de 2023 un precio medio en ascenso, una variación mensual del 0,63%, respecto al mes anterior, lo que lo sitúa en el tercer ascenso menos marcado del país. Respecto a diciembre de 2022, creció un 5,09%. Andalucía estuvo a la misma distancia de la región más cara, Baleares ,que de la más barata, La Rioja. Por su parte, la vivienda en alquiler en España tuvo en diciembre de 2023 un precio medio de 11,12 euros por metro cuadrado. Esta cifra marcó un ascenso mensual del 0,18%. La subida trimestral fue del 1,74% mientras que el repunte semestral alcanzó el 2,02%. Interanualmente, se produjo una subida del 6,01%.
Respecto a las provincias andaluzas, Granada (2,95%) arrojó el repunte mensual más importante de la región. De un año a otro, Málaga (15,82%) registró la séptima mayor subida de España, y Jaén (-9,02%) fue la sexta que más cayó del país.
En cuanto a las capitales andaluzas, Granada (2,27%) fue la capital de la autonomía que más creció frente a noviembre de 2023. Jaén (-0,82%) arrojó la décima caída más intensa de España. Interanualmente, todas las capitales andaluzas crecieron. Málaga (19,57%) fue la sexta capital española que más se incrementó. Price of rent in Andalusia rises by 5.09% compared to last year
In December 2023, the average rental flat in Andalusia recorded a rising average price, a monthly variation of 0.63%, compared to the previous month, which makes it the third smallest increase in the country. Compared to December 2022, it increased by 5.09%.
