La EUC Parques de Sotogrande presenta la puesta al cobro del ejercicio 2022

Mediante el presente se anuncia a los propietarios de la EUC "Parques de Sotogrande" la puesta al cobro de la cuota del ejercicio 2022 de la Entidad, aprobada en la Asamblea General celebrada el 12 de agosto 2021, cuyo pago en período voluntario se encuentra establecido en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de enero y el 15 de febrero de cada año, salvo domiciliación bancaria y previa comunicación al respecto, en cuyo caso los pagos se harán el primer día natural, del primer mes de cada trimestre, enero, abril, julio y octubre. Finalizado dicho periodo se procederá a su recaudación indistintamente por vía de apremio administrativo o judicial civil, con los intereses legales, gastos, costas y recargos establecidos para la vía ejecutiva en la Ley General Tributaria 58/2003, de 17 de Diciembre, aplicables también a la vía civil, conforme a lo aprobado en dicha Asamblea. El Expediente se encuentra a disposición de los propietarios en las oficinas de la Entidad sita en el Centro Comercial Marysol, Local 419, 1ª Planta, 11310 Sotogrande, San Roque, (Cádiz)

Recursos. Contra este acuerdo y el de liquidación individual del recibo de la cuota ordinaria de la EUC podrá interponer los siguientes: con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante el Consejo Rector, de conformidad con el articulo 47.2.1º de los Estatutos de la EUC; y en su caso, directamente, recurso de alzada ante el Ayuntamiento, ambos en el plazo de un mes desde su publicación en el Boletín Oficial correspondiente, o cualquier otro recurso que estime conveniente.

La interposición de recurso administrativo o jurisdiccional no suspende, por sí misma, la obligación de ingresar la cantidad reclamada.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE PAYMENT OF THE QUOTAS 2022

Dear Property owners:

By this notice, property owner of the E.U.C. “Parques de Sotogrande” are notified that the fees of the Entity for the year 2021, which were approved at the General Assembly that took place 12th August 2021, are payable within the voluntary period establish as between 1st January and 15th February of each year, except for those who pay by bank standing order and have previously sent the corresponding document, in which case the payment will be sent the first day of the first month of each quarter, January, April, July and October. Following this period, collection of this payment will commence either via Administrative or legal Procedure, applying the surcharges and legal cost established by the General Tributary Law 58/2003 of 17th December, this is also applicable to the Civil Procedure, as per agreed at the General Meeting. The document is at the disposal of the property owner at the offices of the Entity situated at Mar y Sol Commercial Centre, Office 419, 1st floor, 11310 Sotogrande, San Roque (Cádiz).

Appeals. Against this agreement and of the individual payment of the ordinary fees of the E.U.C. can be made as follows: Appeal lodged before the Governing Board, as stated in Articles 47.2. 1st of the Statutes of the E.U.C.; or, directly to the Town Hall of San Roque, both in the period of one month from the date of publication in the corresponding Official Buletin, or any other convenient appeal.

The presentation of an appeal does not suspend the obligation of settling the claimed amount.
