La apuesta por un Sotogrande ‘sin ruidos’, una lucha incesante

Mejorar las condiciones, la imagen, servicios y calidad de vida en la urbanización, una tarea y una responsabilidad compartida entre todos los miembros de la comunidad. Es una tema más que debatido y analizado, las diferentes iniciativas y propuestas en marcha para evitar tanto el efecto de obras en plena temporada alta, con todas las molestias que ello genera entre los residentes en Sotogrande, así como del uso de maquinaria de jardinería adaptada y preparada para evitar incomodad acústica, especialmente en horario y momentos clave del calendario.

Desde hace años, uno de los principales promotores de estas iniciativas es la propia Entidad Urbanísticas de Conservación Parques de Sotogrande, con diferentes comunicaciones y campañas de sensibilización e información sobre las ventajas del uso de estas herramientas que tanto podrían beneficiar al descanso y convivencia en el interior de la urbanización sin mermar la calidad de servicio.

Según detallan, “los ruidos en la urbanización representan uno de los factores que más perturban la tranquilidad de los vecinos de Sotogrande. En gran medida la actividad de jardinería, por el uso de herramientas no eléctricas tipo sopladores, motosierras, corta-setos, etc., es una de las que mayores quejas causan a lo largo de todo el año. Una de las máquinas que genera más molestias son los sopladores de combustión. Actualmente existen sopladores eléctricos que perfectamente pueden realizar la misma función incluidos modelos NO profesionales, que podrían ser de utilidad para los jardines individuales, a un coste moderado, incluyendo batería adicional, para poder realizar trabajos de moderada duración ( aproximadamente 40 minutos con dos baterías )”, matiza.

“Desde la Entidad solicitamos que los vecinos impulsen el uso de este tipo de maquinaria en el mantenimiento de sus jardines, tal y como ya hemos hecho desde hace años con los equipos de la EUC Parques de Sotogrande. Confiamos que consideren esta iniciativa para alcanzar, entre todos, las mejores condiciones de convivencia en la urbanización a la mayor brevedad”, puntualiza.

Y es que estas cuestiones de convivencia son igual o más importantes que otras muchas. Presentar una urbanización de gran calidad en todas sus áreas es un responsabilidad compartida.

Commitment to a Sotogrande “without noise”, an incessant battle

Improving the conditions, image, services and quality of life in the resort, a task and a responsibility shared between all members of the community. It a subject that has been much debated and analysed, the different initiatives and proposals underway to avoid the effect of works in the heart of the peak season, with all the disturbances that this causes among the residents in Sotogrande, as well as the use of gardening machinery that is adapted and prepared to avoid acoustic discomfort, especially during key times and moments of the year.

For years, one of the main promoters of these initiatives is the Urban Conservation Entity of the Parks of Sotogrande, with different communications and awareness and information campaigns on the benefits of the use of these tools that could offer so many benefits for rest and socialising inside the resort without diminishing the quality of service.

According to them, “noise in the resort represents one of the factors that most disturb the peace of the residents of Sotogrande. To a large extent, gardening activity, due to the use of non-electric tools such as blowers, chainsaws, hedge cutters, etc., is one of the ones that causes most complaints throughout the year. One of the machines that cause must disturbance are combustion blowers. At present, there are electric blowers that could perfectly do the same role including NON professional models that could be useful for individual gardens, at a moderate cost, including an additional battery, in order to carry out jobs of a moderate duration (approximately 40 minutes with two batteries)” it states.

“At the Entity we are asking residents to encourage the use of this kind of machinery in the maintenance of their gardens, as we already did years ago with the teams UCE of the Parks of Sotogrande. We are confident that people will consider this initiative in order to achieve, all together, better conditions for living together in the resort as quickly as possible” they stated.

The fact is that these matters of social coexistence are just as important or more so that many others. Presenting a high quality resort across all of its areas is a shared responsibility.
