El precio del alquiler en Andalucía sube un 2,22% en el primer trimestre
La vivienda de alquiler en Andalucía en marzo de 2023 tuvo un medio un 4,82% superior respecto al año pasado.
El piso tipo de alquiler en Andalucía registró en marzo de 2023 un precio de 7,83 euros por metro cuadrado, lo que supuso una variación trimestral del 2,22%, la sexta subida más marcada de España. Respecto a marzo de 2022, creció un 4,82%, registrando la quinta revalorización más alta del país. Mensualmente, fue la quinta región que más se incrementó: un 1,16%.
Andalucía fue la séptima región más cara para los inquilinos, por detrás de Baleares (15 €/m²), entre otras. Por su parte, la vivienda en alquiler en España tuvo en marzo de 2023 un precio medio de 10,61 euros por metro cuadrado. Esta cifra marcó un ascenso mensual del 1,14% y trimestral del 1,14%. Interanualmente creció un 4,64%, según los datos especializados de Pisos.
Respecto a las provincias andaluzas, Cádiz (7,61%) arrojó el tercer repunte trimestral más importante del país. Por su parte, Huelva (-3,27%) fue la que más cayó de la región. De un año a otro, Málaga (22,18%) registró la segunda mayor subida de España, y Almería (-13,23%) fue la segunda que más cayó a nivel nacional.
En cuanto a las capitales andaluzas, Málaga (7,47%) fue la tercera capital española que más creció frente a diciembre de 2022. Sevilla (-0,36%) arrojó la caída más intensa de la región. Interanualmente, Málaga (20,59%) fue la quinta capital española que más se incrementó, mientras que Jaén (-0,10%) registró el descenso menos señalado a nivel nacional.
Price of rent in Andalusia rises by 2.22% in first quarter
In March 2023, the average rental in Andalusia recorded a price of 7.83 Euros per square metre, which meant a quarterly variation of 2.22%, the sixth highest increase in Spain. Compared to March 2022, it rose by 4.82%, recording the fifth highest rise in the country. Month on month, it was the region with the fifth highest increase: 1.16%.
Andalusia was the seventh most expensive region for tenants, behind the Balearic Islands (€ 15/m²) among others. In turn, in March 2023, rental properties in Spain had an average price of 10.61 Euros per square metre. This figure marked a monthly rise of 1.14% and a quarterly rise of 1.14%. Year on year, it rose by 4.64% according to specialised data from the site Pisos.
