A striking, modern villa build that seamlessly blends the indoors and outdoors, maximizes light with floor to ceiling windows and doors and provides expansive views to the golf course. A double height living room further accentuates the modern design of this property and lets the light flood in. 6 meter high, motorised sliding windows pull back to open the whole of the living room out onto the garden areas. A key factor in the build of this villa was to ensure that the villa did not spoil the views from the villas that sit behind it, so green roofs were used to extend the perspective of the golf course. Beautifully designed offering the epitome of open plan living, this villa certainly has the wow factor.
