El Estudio formado por Nuria Ruiz Acosta y Alejandro-S. Garoz Pérez, desafía las soluciones convencionales en la arquitectura y abordan cada proyecto de forma integral buscando siempre algo especial que ofrecer a sus clientes.
Con más de 17 años de experiencia en la zona, Nuria es Arquitecta titulada por la Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla con la especialidad de Edificación. Tras colaborar durante más de 14 años con uno de los arquitectos más prestigiosos de Sotogrande, Nuria ha tenido el privilegio de trabajar al lado de las empresas y profesionales más importantes de la zona y para los clientes más exigentes, lo que le ha dado la experiencia y la confianza para abordar cualquier tipo de proyecto y de cualquier envergadura.
Alejandro-S., también es Arquitecto por la Escuela Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla con la especialidad de Edificación. Tras trabajar durante unos años en un estudio de arquitectura con un enfoque dirigido a edificios de promoción pública en Madrid. (Pozuelo de Alarcón) e intervenir en proyectos de gran alcance y relevancia social, decide en el 2006 trasladarse al Sur y unirse a Nuria formando N+A Arquitectos incorporando nuevas formas de abordar los proyectos. Desde entonces ha estado involucrado en los proyectos del estudio, tanto en Sotogrande como en todo el Campo de Gibraltar.
El equipo refuerza la pasión por los detalles y la incesante búsqueda por lo especial y lo diferente, siempre tratando de sorprender al cliente con una propuesta única e inesperada.
Con una línea de trabajo constante, N+A Arquitectos lleva un control de los costes continuo desde los primeros croquis del proyecto, para no desviarse del objetivo final, quedando los resultados a la vista. Muy identificados con el estilo minimalista, pero también desenvueltos en otros estilos, la respuesta a cada proyecto sale de un análisis global y minucioso, tanto de los factores que preocupan al cliente, como de los del entorno, normativos y económicos, tanto si es para vivir como si es para vender.
Sin embargo, muchas veces, la verdadera respuesta a un proyecto es el fruto de una emoción o un impulso que potencia ese momento creativo que, con trabajo y esfuerzo, hace que el proyecto cobre sentido.

The team, Nuria Ruiz Acosta and Alejandro-S. Garoz Pérez, design beyond conventional solutions in architecture and approach each project in a global way looking for the essence to offer their clients.
With 17th years of experience in the area, Nuria is fully qualified Architect, degreed in Seville. After cooperating with one of the most well-known architects in Sotogrande, Nuria has had the priviledge of working beside the best professionals and companies in the area, and for the most exigent clients, which has given to her the experience and confidence to work on any kind of project and of any scope.
Alejandro, also Architect, and having worked for several years in an architecture office focused on public promotions in Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcón) and having being involved in very large projects with a high social relevance, Alejandro decided in 2006 to move to the South to join N+A Architects incorporating new ways to approach to the projects. Since then, Alejandro has been involved in all the projects in the studio, not only in Sotogrande, but also throughout the area Campo de Gibraltar.
The team focusses the passion for the details on each project and together with a constant search of the “special” and “different”, always tries to surprise the client with a unique and unexpected proposal. With a constant line of work, N + A Architects keeps a continuous control of the costs from the first sketches of the project, in order to avoid deviations from the final objective, remaining the result at sight.
Very identified with the modern and minimalist style in architecture, but also very comfortable with others, the answer to each project comes from a global and meticulous analysis, not only from the matters which concern the our clients, but also the Regulations and the budget limits, if it is to live in, or it is for sale.
However, sometimes, the real answer to a project is the result of an emotion, or an impulse which expand the creative moment which, after hard work behind it, makes the project to be sense.
