L’Olive de La Reserva reúne del 22 al 24 de marzo los mejores sabores de España
La alta cocina, la esencia del mar Mediterráneo y los mejores sabores de España se dan cita del 22 al 24 de marzo en L’Olive, el punto gastronómico de referencia en Sotogrande. El restaurante de La Reserva Club acoge este selecto evento, cuidadosamente confeccionado, que consiste entres maravillosas noches temáticas en la Casa Club de La Reserva, un enclave privilegiado, en las que disfrutar de la más sofisticada elaboración culinaria y de los más exclusivos ‘Sabores de España’.
Este evento, precisamente denominado 'Sabores de España', se trata de todo un regalo para los amantes del buen yantar. La restauración estará protagonizada por cuatro afamados maestros de la cocina; cuatro afamados chefs que prepararán un menú [cada uno] de degustación que exhibirá los más reconocible, a nivel gastronómico, de las regiones de Burgos, Sevilla y Cádiz. Tres destinos que no están elegidos al azar, forman tres de los puntos más ricos en cuanto a cocina y a productos locales del más alto nivel; demanda obligatorio de los paladares más exigentes.
Los fogones estarán comandados por: Cristina Gutiérrez Vergua, natural de La Línea y jefa de cocina en L’Olive; Vanesa Martín (Asador El Alfoz) y Francisco Salas Puente (Finca Santa Rosalía) que se desplazan desde Burgos y por último Jorge Cortés (Hotel Palacio de Villapanes) mantiene a gala en todas sus creaciones la presencia de unas profundas raíces sevillanas. Todos los ingredientes necesarios para 72 horas de gran altura culinaria y que nadie se puede perder en Sotogrande. Haute cuisine, the essence of the Mediterranean Sea and the best flavours of Spain are coming together from 22 to 24 March at L´Olive, the benchmark gastronomic point in Sotogrande. The restaurant at La Reserva Club is hosting this select event, meticulously put together, which consists of marvellous themed nights at the Club House of La Reserva, an outstanding place for enjoying the most sophisticated culinary creations and the most exclusive “Flavours of Spain”.
This event, precisely named “Flavours of Spain”, is a real gift for people who love good cuisine. The cooking will star four renowned masters of cuisine; four famous chefs who will each prepare a tasting menu that will show off the most renowned aspects of the gastronomy of the regions of Burgos, Seville and Cadiz. Three destinations that are not chosen by chance, as they form three of the richest places in terms of cuisine and the highest level local products: an obligatory demand for the most select palates.
The kitchens are led by: Cristina Gutiérrez Vergua, a native of La Línea and head chef at L’Olive; Vanesa Martín (Asador El Alfoz) and Francisco Salas Puente (Finca Santa Rosalía) who have travelled from Burgos and lastly, Jorge Cortés (Hotel Palacio de Villapanes), who shows off the presence of deep Sevillian roots in all of his creations.
