Torneo benéfico a favor de la asociación local ‘Por una sonrisa’ un proyecto cuyo objetivo es regalar sonrisas a todos los niños con cáncer y a sus familias. Su principal objetivo es llevar ilusión, alegría y esperanza a los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes enfermos de cáncer con ludotecas pediátricas de los hospitales de la Comarca. El precio es de sólo 22 euros por persona y se disputa para las categorías masculina & femenina 3ª, 4ª y 5ª (mínimo 8 parejas por categoría). Masterclass de sushi by Kabanoki – 18 de junio

Se celebra en el espectacular espacio The Beach, entre las 11:00 y las 13:00 horas, por 55 euros de inscripción por persona que incluye la formación, la degustación y bebidas.

Tras una introducción sobre la elaboración de arroz y las guarniciones de acompañamiento, practicarás la preparación de rellenos y técnicas de enrollado de Futomakis, Uramakis y amasado de nigiris. El taller incluye las horas de docencia, género y equipamiento (esterillas y cuchillos). El máximo de personas para el taller es de quince y su duración sobre unos 90 minutos (incluye recetario para la elaboración del arroz y salsas de acompañamiento).

Campamentos de verano

Un campamento único para niños de 6 a 12 años. Con la opción de disfrutar de una experiencia de medio día o día completo con almuerzo incluido, el campamento de verano arranca el lunes 3 de julio hasta el jueves 31 de agosto, con actividades como golf, tenis o paseos a caballo desde las 10:00 hasta las 12:00, para la opción de medio día, y hasta las 16:30 pm para el campamento de día completo.

Además, este verano el Liverpool Football Club te invita a experimentar el mejor programa de entrenamiento de fútbol desde el lunes 31 de julio hasta el viernes 18 de agosto en el SIS.

Cine en el paraíso

Sotogrande es un lugar de cine y por eso, la empresa matriz también quiere repasar a través de la gran pantalla algunos de los títulos fílmicos más importantes de la década de los 60 con proyecciones en el fantástico The Beach. Hasta ahora, están previstas las proyecciones de: ‘La Bruja Novata’ [20 de mayo], ‘E.T.’ [24 de junio], ‘Cariño, he encogido a los niños’ [18 de julio], ‘El Hada Novata’ [1 de agosto] y ‘Alicia en el País de las Maravillas’ [15 de agosto] y ‘Zootrópolis’ [2 de sept.].

La noche de las velas

Otro de los grandes momentos del verano, será el fantástico evento que ha preparado Sotogrande® con una cena-concierto iluminada por miles de velas, llevando el concepto Candlelight a Sotogrande en una velada mágica en The Beach. Charity padel tournament from 2 to 4 June

Charity tournament to aid the local association ‘Por una sonrisa’ (For a smile) a project whose aim is to give smiles to all children with cancer and to their families. Its main objective is to bring excitement, joy, and hope to children, adolescents and young people suffering from cancer with children’s playrooms at hospitals in the Province. The price is only 22 Euros per person, and it is taking place for the 3rd, 4th and 5th men’s and women’s categories (minimum of 8 pairs per category).

The timetable: Friday (from 19:00 to 23:00), Saturday (from 12:00) and Sunday (from 10:00 with awards ceremony at 14:30).

Sushi Masterclass by Kabanoki –18 June

It is taking place at the spectacular space of The Beach, between 11:00 and 13:00, for a registration fee of only 55 Euros per person which includes the training, tasting and drinks.

After an introduction on the preparation of rice and the side dishes, students will practice the preparation of fillings and rolling techniques for Futomakis, Uramakis and the kneading of nigiris. The workshop includes the teaching time, goods, and equipment (mats and knives). The minimum number of people for the workshop is fifteen and it lasts for around 90 minutes (it includes a recipe book for preparing rice and the accompanying sauces).

Summer camps

A unique camp for children aged 6 to 12. With the option of enjoying a half day or full day experience with lunch included, the summer camp is getting underway on Monday 3 July until Thursday 31 August, with activities such as golf, tennis, and horse rides from 10:00 until 12:00 for the half day option, and until 16:30 for the full day camp.

Also, this summer Liverpool Football Club invites you to experience the best football training programme from Monday 31 July until Friday 18 August at SIS.

During the months of July and August we will host the Michelin Star chef to delight diners at The Beach on 15, 29 July and 26 August.

Sotogrande® 60TH anniversary activities

Cinema in paradise

Sotogrande is a Hollywood destination and therefore, the parent company also wants to look back, through the big screen, at some of the most important film titles of the 60’s with screenings at the fantastic The Beach. Thus far, the following screenings are planned: “Bedknobs and Broomsticks” (20 May), “E.T.” [24 June], ‘Honey, I Shrunk the Kids’ [18 July], ‘A Simple Wish’ [1 August], ‘Alice in Wonderland’ [15 August] and ‘Zootropolis [2 September].

The night of candles

Another of the great moments of summer will be the fantastic event that Sotogrande® has prepared with a dinner-concert lit up by thousands of candles, taking the Candlelight concept to Sotogrande on a magical evening at The Beach.
