New York Flames, un viaje gastronómico desde La Reserva de Sotogrande
El 29 de abril, La Reserva Club y The Beach, serán los anfitriones del primer viaje gastronómico de esta temporada – el New York Flames. Esta experiencia gastronómica le trasladará hasta los Estados Unidos degustando las mejores carnes que típicamente se servirían en un ‘Steakhouse’ de Nueva York.
El menú consistirá en una serie de platos clásicos de un New York Steakhouse, incluyendo costillas de cerdo, hamburguesas de queso, perritos calientes y salmón con salsa cajún. También habrá bagels de salmón y queso crema, un ‘Sandwich Elvis Presley’ con mantequilla de cacahuete, bacon y plátano, un roll de bogavante y un sándwich de pastrami. Los comensales también pueden disfrutar de una clásica sopa de almejas americana, además de pastel de lima o cheesecake al más puro estilo neoyorkino para el postre.

Gastronomic Journey: New York Flames
On April 29, La Reserva Club, and The Beach, will be hosting the first in a series of Gastronomic Journeys – the New York Steakhouse. This dining experience will take guests all the way to the USA, where they will be able to sample the very finest meats and fish that would typically be served in a classic New York Steakhouse.
The menu will consist of a number of classic New York Steakhouse dishes from the grill, including pork ribs, cheesburgers, hot dogs, and cajun salmon. There will also be salmon and cream cheese bagels, an ‘Elvis Presley Sandwich’ (peanut butter, bacon, and banana), a lobster roll, and a pastrami sandwich. Guests can also enjoy a classic American clam chowder, in addition to key lime pie and New York cheesecake for dessert.
