Alumnos y docentes de Puertoblanco-Montecalpe en el proyecto de emprendimiento “Attendis-San Telmo”

En el 50 Aniversario de los Colegios Attendis se consolida la Alianza con San Telmo Business School, una de las escuelas de negocios más prestigiosas de España. Alianza única en nuestro país que viene a completar la apuesta de Puertoblanco y Montecalpe por la educación internacional y personalizada, a través de tres ejes:

• Dimensión internacional
• Visión trascendente de la vida
• Emprendimiento, habilidades de management y liderazgo ético

Con esta iniciativa, Attendis y San Telmo Business School ofrecerán un itinerario formativo a los alumnos desde 4º de la ESO a 2º de Bachillerato. Un programa que añade a la orientación profesional la formación en las competencias directivas y de liderazgo  que demandan hoy en día en las organizaciones.

Con esta alianza se pretende ofrecer a los alumnos de Puertoblanco y Montecalpe:

1. Una orientación profesional eficaz, adaptada a las necesidades reales del mercado laboral actual
2. Proporcionarles una formación transversal que les capacite para desplegar todo su potencial profesional: habilidades de liderazgo,  comunicación, negociación, autogestión,... tan demandadas por los departamentos de Recursos Humanos de las grandes empresas.
3. Reforzar la labor personalizada que actualmente realizan los tutores y responsables de orientación, aportando el conocimiento directo del mundo empresarial, así como de los perfiles profesionales que serán más demandados en el futuro próximo.

Las sesiones con alumnos se sucederán de febrero a abril y los estudiantes recibirán  por parte de San Telmo una acreditación por haber realizado esta formación.

Este programa contempla de forma paralela formación específica dirigida a todos los profesores de Attendis de Secundaria y Bachillerato, de modo presencial y online en las sedes de esta escuela de negocios en Sevilla y Málaga.

On the 50th Anniversary of Attendis Schools the Partnership with San Telmo Business School is being consolidated, it is one of the most prestigious business schools in Spain. A unique partnership in our country that completes the commitment of Puertoblanco and Montecalpe to international and personalised education, through three pillars:

• International dimension
• Transcendent vision of life
• Entrepreneurship, management skills and ethical leadership

With this initiative, Attendis and San Telmo Business School will offer a training route to pupils from 4th year of Secondary Education up to the 2nd year of Baccalaureate. A programme that adds training on management and leadership skills now sought in organisations, in addition to professional guidance.

With this partnership, the aim is to offer Puertoblanco and Montecalpe pupils:

1. Effective professional guidance, adapted to the real needs of the current work market.
2. Provide them with transversal training that enables them to realise all their professional potential: leadership skills, communication, negotiation, self-management... so sought-after by the Human Resources departments of big companies.
3. Strengthen the personalised work that is currently carried out by tutors and guidance managers, providing direct knowledge of the business world, as well as of the professional profiles that will be most sought-after in the near future.

Sessions with pupils will take place from February to April and pupils will receive an accreditation for having carried out this training from San Telmo.

Alongside it, the programme includes specific training aimed at all the Attendis Secondary and Baccalaureate teaches, in person and online at the venues of this business school in Seville and Malaga.
