La undécima edición del circuito, tras su arranque en el trazado de Almenara Golf – SO/ Sotogrande, se estrena en un nuevo escenario el próximo sábado 15 de junio, el espectacular Río Real Golf.

Inaugurado en 1965, este campo se sitúa en un enclave único de Marbella, a tan solo cinco minutos del centro de la ciudad. Todo el recorrido del mismo va siendo acompañado por el río que le da nombre hasta llegar a su desembocadura en el mar Mediterráneo.

Su espectacular diseño lo componen 18 hoyos par 72 de más de 6.000 metros de longitud, considerado por la Real Federación Española de Golf como campo emblemático y de los mejores de España, tanto por su recorrido como por su singular belleza. El campo está potenciado por una gran masa arbórea de diversas especies: pinos, palmeras, casuarinas, olivos, cipreses, etc. que lo convierten en el paraje ideal para la práctica del golf.

Gracias a su clima mediterráneo, se puede jugar durante todo el año, con hoyos limítrofes al mar y vistas espectaculares.

The eleventh edition of the circuit, after its start at the Almenara Golf - SO/ Sotogrande course, opens in a new setting next Saturday 15th June, the spectacular Río Real Golf.

Javier Arana's emblematic layout, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, is one of the greatest golfing jewels on the shores of the Mediterranean. A splendid course, a real garden that comes to caress the sea and the beach, which converts and elevates the player's experience to the highest level. Undoubtedly, a guaranteed success as a new venue for the Circuit.
